Custom Holster Lead Time

We reserve the right to refuse any order, regardless of product, lead time, or value.

We regularly update our estimated lead times and post them on our website's main page, or category pages,but the times listed are a guide, not a guarantee.  We have 1 person building custom holsters that require custom design/mold modifications,  and we have an extensive fitment process.  We are not a mass production operation.  We offer many options no one else has, and these take time. 

Please do not order if you are not ok with the wait.  We do not offer any rush options. We build in the order we receive orders.

Modified Duty Holsters usually ship in four to six weeks from order.  We are ordering your holster new from the manufacturer, and WE are subject to their leadtime.  Once we receive your Duty holster, we will modify, and then ship it to you.  We do not provide weekly updates for this.  If your order is not beyond the 6 week outside ETA, please do not email us asking about when your holster will ship.  We reach out when your holster is in progress, and we send tracking information when it ships.

Pistol Optics

ship in 7-10 business days from the time you place your order.  Occasionally optics go out of stock, and processing may take longer.  When this happens, we will reach out to you by email and text message to update you about the delay, and give you the option to cancel, or change your order.  SEE OUR REFUND?RETURN POLICY FOR OPTICS ON OUR CYELEE OPTICS PAGE.

Cancellations/Refunds/Order Changes

AfterPay/Paypal/Paypal Payin4

ALL AfterPayPAYPAL/PayPayin4 REFUNDS, whether cancelling an order, or returning an order for a refund: Customers will be charged the fee we are charged for PayPal/WixAfterPay payments. PayPal will have an additional 4%,of the total order as a charge. WixAfterPay fees ares typically $10-15, depending on the total of your purtchase.  This is due to the AfterPay fee, or PayPal~3-4% non-refundable fees, we have to pay that DOES NOT GET REFUNDED TO US when you are refunded.

We do not process orders, or hold a place in our build line until an order is paid in full.  You will recieve an order confirmation, and we will contact you when your holster is in process, or if we have questions about options you have chosen. We may reach out by private message in our website app, by email, or by SMS text message.  We also send tracking information when your order ships. We allow full cancellations with 100% order refund the first (7) seven business days after your order was placed.  Cancellation/refund requests after the (7) business days will incur a 20% cancellation fee to cover processing fees and materials restocking fees. If your holster is in-process there is no cancellation/refund option.  

If your custom product is not yet in process, we will allow a customer to change their order including style of holster, gun model holster is for, color, and accessories.  Some changes may incur additional charges that will need to be collected.  If the changes total a lower cost than what we collected, we will refund the difference at the time your order is changed.  We will send an email confirmation showing your order changes.

We make a really nice holster, but we also understand not everyone can wait.

Holster Shipping

We ship visa USPS Priority Flat Rate or UPS Ground Select, and we insure your package for the full value of your order.  We do not charge an extra fee for the insurance, even though the insurance sometimes causes our shipping cost to exceed what we have charged you.  We notify you by email confirmation with  tracking information when your order has shipped.

Privacy Statement

We do not share your information with third party advertisers.  We may use your information to send you our own marketing information in the form of email adverts, texts, or phone calls.  We may share limited information with another vendor if your order requires drop-shipment of products direct from another manufacturer.​
