Master Recoil

The Align Tactical® THUMB REST LOCKING BLOCK PIN integrates an ergonomic ledge for the support hand's thumb to firmly lock down against, serving as a brake against muzzle flip to provide the fastest follow-up sight picture. Increased surface contact with the pistol practically eliminates support hand slippage while providing an index point for an aggressively consistent high thumbs-forward grip. Provides maximum control and speed in Canik® Rival/Mete® pistols for a competitive edge.

Rise to the Top

Starting stages with a tabled pistol can make it challenging to get a grip, so we’ve given you a hand. Unloaded (without magazine), the ledge wedges a lightened polymer pistol grip into the air for unobstructed grabbing, leaving the competition grounded. Inserting a loaded magazine drops the grip back down and shields the OEM extended magazine release button from being pressed by raising it off the table. Secure Design

The Thumb Rest Trigger Pin utilizes a patented forked design that leverages the disassembly channel's (opening) as an insertion point for accepting an anti-rotation stop. Pushing the trigger pin partially out (of an UNLOADED PISTOL), allows the anti-rotation stop to clear the disassembly channel so the slide lock can be pulled down for normal disassembly.

Compatibility

We've enhanced the product line with two key features to determine compatibility: Groove (DEPTH) on the trigger pin, and (DISTANCE) between the trigger pin to the opening in the slide lock disassembly channel.

Legacy GEN 1-4 COMPACT models & current GEN 5 (including all models that utilize an ambidextrous slide stop) share the "SHORT" distance, while differing in groove depth. (NOTE: Shadow Systems use the SHORT distance for all models).

Legacy GEN 1-4 STANDARD & COMPETITION models uniquely use the "LONG" distance.

Ergonomics

Establishing a two-handed grip creates a naturally angled cant of one’s support hand thumb. Incorporating a secondary receiving slope of 15 degrees allows for evenly distributed thumb pressure and serves as a guide for settling into proper contact position (with the thumb print pressed flat onto the rest).

Rise to the Top

Starting stages with a tabled pistol can make it challenging to get a grip, so we’ve given you a hand. Unloaded (without magazine), the ledge wedges a lightened pistol grip into the air for unobstructed grabbing, leaving the competition grounded. Inserting a magazine drops the grip back down and shields the OFFSET Extended Magazine Release from being pressed by raising it off the table.

Magazine Release Refined

The Align Tactical® OFFSET EXTENDED MAGAZINE RELEASE allows the operator to rest their middle finger flush across the lower half of where the Sig Sauer® P320 (M17/M18)® magazine release’s triangular bottom edge would be, eliminating side-finger chafing when choking up high on the pistol grip for increased recoil control. Ergonomically designed with an enhanced and extended engagement surface closer to the thumb, for minimizing/eliminating pistol shifting in-hand when reaching to eject magazines.

A Perfect Match

Upgrade to a performance release that naturally complements your P320® grip module with distinctive styling, factory-matched Black Oxide finish, and stringent dimensional tolerances that guarantee a drop-in fit. *OEM vs Offset

IMG_5449.PNG

Stair-Step Design

Our patented "stair-step" design began by reshaping the lower-half of the magazine release's button to be flush with the surrounding grip module. Reducing surface area alone would focus pressure on the thumb during actuation, so we relieved it by creating an expanded ledge for an OFFSET button to extend from. Positioned for comfort in the support palm of a two-handed grip and optimized to enhance usability, this is a performance release done right.

Reduced Reach

Increased leverage helps maintain a firing grip without having to shift the pistol in-hand during reloads. An enlarged button surface protrudes 2mm (0.08") farther and is relocated higher up the grip module to provide positive engagement while reducing thumb travel.
