Optics Refund Policy
We do not cencel/refund optic orders once placed. If you have changed your mind about the purchase you will need to wait until
you receive your optic, and then contact us for an RMA request.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns for items in good working condition are refunded for full price minus $16.00 per returned item, to cover original shipping charge and processing.
Refunds can take up top 30 days to process once we receive and approve your returned optic.

Paypal
ALL PAYPAL REFUNDS, whether cancelling an order, or returning an order for a refund will have an additional 4% of the total order as a charge.
This is due to the ~3-4% non-refundable Paypal fee we have to pay that DOES NOT GET REFUNDED TO US when you are refunded.

If your return is accepted by Cyelee, the cost of the shipping charges to send the item to you will be subtracted from your refund.
We pay $16 to ship optics with full insurance, and we only charge you $5 at checkout.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Cyelee DOES NOT accept FedEx deliveries of any kind, they only accept UPS, USPS, and DHL.
We do not take cancellations of orders, once you have ordered we will not entertain cancellation requests except at our sole discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,
so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods
(such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will not except exchange
requests for item, the item needs to be returned and a new order made.
Refunds
Once we have received your item we will determine it's condition, if no description of condition is given by you, the customer, then we will assume the condition is good. If we determine there is
unexpected damage to the item we will contact you directly for a fair resolution, if the item is in good condition any refund, adjustment, or replacement should automatically be applied within 30 days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, however if you do not see it in 30 days please contact us at sousatactical@gmail.com.
