Our Sig Sauer P365 Outside the Waistband Pancake Style holsters include an optic cut, adjustable retention, 1.5" wing loops, may include suppressor height sights, and may be available with an open bottom (varies by model). We do offer Right & Left Draw options (varies by make and model).
 
Holsters come standard in a black, a color, or carbon fiber option with no finish washers.  Holster is pictured in FLAG CAMO, an upgraded print option that is a $20 add to price.  You can choose to add a print to the front of your holster by adding one of our print options to the cart.  If you want the front and back of the pancake to both be prints, you will need to add two (2) prints to your cart.

We fit for OEM specs, and OEM slides.  Safe known slides are: Sig Sauer, Icarus Precision, Gray Ghosts, Zev.  If you have an aftermarket slide not listed, our holster likely will not fit.
